We do not verify identities and we would be cautious about any offshore provider that claims to. Verification is either done by the individual through GOV.UK One Login, or by an Authorised Corporate Service Provider, and an ACSP has to be UK based and UK AML supervised. What we do is the work around it: track which directors and PSCs on your portfolio are still unverified, chase the personal codes, map each one against the confirmation statement that will be blocked without it, and flag the companies where a November 2026 problem is already visible.

Companies House has said that from no earlier than November 2026, any third party filing on behalf of clients will need to be registered as an ACSP — registration currently costs £63 and requires UK AML supervision.
